First, they’ll need practical information about the contact person:

  • the event schedule 
  • the estimated duration of the event
  • the number of participants attending remotely and/or in person (this affects technical aspects that will come into play later on) 

Finally, our project managers will identify potential logistical costs, so that they can be factored into the final quote. These costs include:

  • necessary technical equipment
  • travel

We always do our best to meet your needs. However, for logistical reasons, we advise you to contact us at least 2 weeks in advance for traditional (“in person”) or hybrid meetings.

If your meeting is 100% remote, we can provide interpretation in a much shorter time frame (min 48h*).
