Cultural, Corporate & Public Relations Simultaneous Interpreting

Our team of conference interpreters is regularly called upon for highly strategic assignments, for which we support the most powerful business leaders and even the most popular media personalities.

What our clients say about us
Five-star rating with company name Alltradis.

Guiding you through the process

Being an interpreter requires a high degree of mobility: translators travel frequently to conferences, companies, can be called in for emergency events and can work anywhere in the world or from our remote hub. They must be extremely rigorous because their translations are of vital importance in economic decisions. Their work also requires a quick and precise analytical mind, endurance and excellent concentration.

The Interpreter's Background

Working in the cultural and public relations sectors requires the strictest of standards which our team has been familiar with for over 20 years now. For every conference, we prepare for several days or even weeks beforehand. Interpreters must do their research and be up to date on current events, issues or campaigns in order to understand, anticipate and apprehend the needs of the mission and thus be as accurate as possible in their translations.

Highly Specialized and Demanding Assignments

It goes without saying that these missions, even more than conferences, are very stressful as unforeseen circumstances arise often. But the high stakes are what make these missions so motivating. Multinational corporations call on us to interpret emergency meetings where our interpreters have little to no preparatory material to work off of, but that is why Alltradis works exclusively with interpreters who are experts in your particular field and dedicated to certain clients.

Being called upon to interpret for this type of assignment is above all a great recognition of our professional skills. Our interpreters play a key role in these meetings. They are often the intermediaries for the important decisions that will shape the world of tomorrow. So, it is a privilege and a great source of pride for a conference interpreter to be trusted for these kinds of high-stakes situations.

At Alltradis, our interpreters regularly accompany international delegations for France’s largest companies and various NGOs and European institutions, as well as visits by international CEOs to France and media personalities (TV, literature, show business, fashion, music and cinema, artists, etc.).
